Online Mindfulness Course for Children

In this interactive and experiential course children develop their social and emotional wellbeing through building awareness of emotions and thought patterns, compassion, confidence, self-belief and goal setting.

Shoot for the Moon is for mindful families who would like a structured course to explore with their children or Home Schooling families who would like to include mindfulness into their syllabus.

This educational course covers subjects such as English, Maths, Science, Physical Education and Creative Arts.

Lessons include breathing exercises, guided meditations, mindfulness practices, printable worksheets and reflections. 

Children aged 7- 12 years old will get the most benefit from this course. 

It is suitable for those who are new to mindfulness as well as those who would like to build on their experience.
